TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1.1 Conditions of personal data protection. If you are our customer, news subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the privacy, policies and rights you have with GDPR. For simplicity, we use terms that you know from the Terms and Conditions, which you will find on the Portal.

We process your personal data as an administrator, which means that we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long, and we select any other persons who we duly entrust with the processing ("processor").
1.3 Administrator's statement. We declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "ZOOÚ") and GDPR. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we hereby fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data.
1.4 Reason for processing. We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular the performance of a contract, a legitimate interest, a legal obligation or your consent.
1.5. Personal data, purpose and processing time. Data processing for the provision of services and information. 1.9 Recipients of personal data. Exceptionally, we may pass on your personal data to other administrators who, on a contractual basis, provide us with selected activities within the framework of fulfilling obligations arising from the law or the Contract (providers of direct marketing services under the conditions stipulated by law). The controller will not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU).
1.10 Method of processing personal data. The processing of personal data will take place in the form of manual and automated processing by the administrator's own employees or the processor.
1.11 Rights of the personal data subject. If you request information about the processing of your personal data, we are obliged to provide you with this information. We remind you that at any time you can express your disagreement with the processing of your personal data, just as you can revoke your previous consent at any time and request the deletion of your personal data. You can also request restrictions on the processing of your personal data, if your personal data is no longer needed for the original purpose but cannot yet be deleted for legal reasons. 1.13 Protecting your rights. If you believe that we or the processor are processing your personal data without a legitimate interest or without expressing your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
1.14 Complaint. If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. We will be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
1.15 Right to portability. If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days here.
1.16 Security Conditions. We have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data, in particular to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form. Only those authorized by the administrator have access to your personal data.
